Office Manager - Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, as well as providing administrative support.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills. We are looking for someone with a creative problem-solving approach to their work, who can take initiative and work independently.
The Office Manager's duties and responsibilities include:
• Oversee the running of the office, including ensuring that all staff adhere to proper protocol
• Manage relationships with clients and vendors
• Oversee hiring and onboarding procedures for new staff
• Monitor the budget and ensure that all costs remain within it
• Ensure that all paperwork is completed in a timely manner
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, workshops, etc.
• Develop policies and procedures related to office management
• Handle any other administrative tasks as needed.
We offer a competitive salary of AED 1300 (or equivalent) per month plus benefits, depending on experience. We are happy to consider immigrants for this role.
