Bank Teller – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Bank Teller to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service and handling financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

Position Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service by responding to customer inquiries, discussing account information, processing deposits and withdrawals, and helping customers fill out forms.
• Follow bank procedures when opening new accounts, closing accounts, accepting loan payments, cashing checks, selling cashier checks, and redeeming savings bonds.
• Balance currency, coin, and check transactions.
• Process credit card applications, money orders, travelers' checks as well as foreign currency exchange transactions.
• Maintain records of all transactions by recording account information into the computer system.
• Identify suspicious activities within the banking environment.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of banking experience is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation is essential.
• Must have excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail with accuracy in work production.
• Must be able to work independently without direct supervision while also working well in a team setting with other bank personnel.

Salary: 1600 AED per month
