We are looking for an experienced and energetic Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We offer a competitive salary of 1400 AED per month and are open to considering a foreigner for the position.
The successful candidate must have at least 2 years of professional experience in recruiting. The ideal candidate should be able to build strong relationships with candidates and employers, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing job descriptions and specifications to attract qualified candidates
- Networking with potential candidates online or face-to-face
- Receiving applications and reviewing them based on requirements
- Interviewing potential candidates using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods
- Assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Onboarding new employees
- Maintaining recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill and cost-per hire)
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. They should also be able to work with minimal supervision, meet deadlines, provide accurate reports on recruitment activities, and demonstrate great problem solving skills.
