Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position will be focused on recruiting and onboarding new candidates to our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a strong candidate pipeline by sourcing, interviewing, and selecting quality candidates through various channels. They must have excellent communication and organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the recruitment process.

Job Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in recruitment or related field
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Proven ability to source talent through various methods such as job boards, social media, etc
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly MS Excel & PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
