Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to staff and management, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, preparing documents, filing records, etc.
• Order office supplies and equipment as needed
• Prepare meeting rooms for events and meetings as requested by staff or management team members
• Manage customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely manner
• Ensure all office areas are clean and organized at all times
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in an administrative role (preferred)
