Office administrator vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide administrative services and support to the organization.
Main responsibilities:
β’ Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
β’ Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
β’ Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference calls.
β’ Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
β’ Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing
β’ Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required
β’ Schedule meetings with internal staff, customers or any other parties as requested by the management team
β’ Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
β’ Monitor office supplies stock levels and place orders when necessary
β’ Prepare reports as requested by management team
Qualifications:
β’ High school diploma/GED required
β’ Previous experience with office administration preferred but not mandatory
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
β’ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Salary: 1800 AED monthly
