Office administrator vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide administrative services and support to the organization.
Main responsibilities:
• Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
• Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
• Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference calls.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
• Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing
• Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required
• Schedule meetings with internal staff, customers or any other parties as requested by the management team
• Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
• Monitor office supplies stock levels and place orders when necessary
• Prepare reports as requested by management team
Qualifications:
• High school diploma/GED required
• Previous experience with office administration preferred but not mandatory
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Salary: 1800 AED monthly
