Job Summary
Administrator for Abu-Dhabi - Salary 1200
We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization in order to ensure efficient operations. We are willing to consider applicants from abroad who possess the necessary qualifications and skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintain all administrative records and filing systems
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, faxes, etc.
• Handle customer enquiries
• Organize meetings, travel arrangements, conferences as requested
• Prepare documents such as letters, memos, reports etc.
• Monitor office supplies stock levels and place orders when necessary
• Monitor office expenses or budget allocations as needed
• Provide general administrative support to departments or individuals within the organization
• Perform data entry tasks as required
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required
• At least 3 years of experience in an Administrative role is preferred but not required
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
