Job Responsibilities:
• Managing daily office operations and ensuring the smooth running of all activities.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing documents, preparing reports, scheduling appointments, etc.
• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries.
• Maintaining accurate records of all office activities and transactions.
• Ordering office supplies and managing stock levels.
• Liaising with external suppliers for services such as printing or photocopying services.
Required Qualifications: • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role is essential for this position.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is desirable but not essential.
