Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Teacher to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire students.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, implement, and evaluate daily lesson plans according to curriculum guidelines.
• Develop appropriate teaching materials for each subject area.
• Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and ensure success by providing extra support where needed.
• Establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects.
• Facilitate discussions among students in order to promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Create a safe learning environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and respect for diverse cultures.
• Communicate with parents regarding student progress or other school-related topics.
• Participate in faculty meetings and staff development activities as required.
• Remain current with educational best practices through professional development workshops, conferences, and other educational opportunities.
Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Previous classroom teaching experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom of diverse students with respect to race, culture, language backgrounds, disabilities etc..

Salary: 1000 AED per month (We are ready to consider an immigrant).
