We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team at our Sharjah office. We offer a salary of 900, and are open to considering applicants from outside of the country.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, providing administrative support to the team. They will be responsible for maintaining effective communication between departments, coordinating office activities and processes, and providing administrative support as needed. The Office Assistant will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations in the office, such as handling incoming calls, filing records, managing office supplies and equipment, and helping maintain a clean environment in the office. Additional tasks may include making travel arrangements and coordinating meetings.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills and strong communication skills. You should also be able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should have experience working in an administrative role with knowledge of basic IT systems (MS Office). Familiarity with customer service principles is a plus as well as experience with clerical duties such as filing records or other paperwork.
