Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The individual must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple tasks and deadlines. As a key member of our staff, the Office Assistant will help ensure that our office runs smoothly by providing administrative support to our team members.
Responsibilities:
The Office Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This includes answering phones, responding to emails, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, processing paperwork, ordering supplies, organizing office space and filing documents. Additionally, the Office Assistant will help with any other tasks as needed or requested by management.
Qualifications:
Successful candidates should have excellent organizational skills and strong customer service abilities. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as basic computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Prior experience in an office setting is preferred but not required; however, the ability to learn quickly is essential for this role.
Requirements:
Applicants must be available to work full-time hours during regular business hours in Sharjah; we are ready to consider immigrants who can legally work here and meet the other requirements of this position. The job offers a salary of 1600 AED per month; additional benefits may be negotiated depending on experience and qualifications.
