Secretary vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position comes with a salary of 1100. We are open to considering foreign candidates with minimal work experience.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure. They should be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with colleagues and customers alike. They must also have a strong command of both English and Arabic languages, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
The Secretary will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phones, taking messages, scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, typing documents, preparing reports, organizing meetings and making travel arrangements. They will also take on additional duties such as ordering office supplies and equipment maintenance when needed.
The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification along with a proven track record in office administration tasks.
