Office assistant job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE for unskilled worker
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have excellent administrative skills, be highly organized and have the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills and be able to interact with customers in a professional manner.
Requirements:
• Secondary education or equivalent
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Office Assistant
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Possess problem solving abilities, be proactive and take initiative
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times
The successful candidate will provide support in office administration duties such as filing documents, answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling appointments etc. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600 monthly for the right person.
