We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700 and we are open to considering immigrants for this role. No experience is necessary but the ideal candidate must have a desire to learn and be proactive in their approach.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office. This includes managing and maintaining office files and records, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings with staff and clients, preparing reports and presentations, handling incoming calls, ensuring that all office supplies are stocked up at all times, providing administrative support to staff members when needed and attending to any other duties as required. The successful candidate must also ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written with strong organizational skills. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Knowledge of accounting principles is desirable but not essential as training will be provided as necessary. We expect our Office Manager to demonstrate an ability to take initiative with a positive attitude towards challenges and problem solving while remaining professional at all times.
