Job Summary
Housekeeping Manager – Abu Dhabi, 1000 salary
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, as well as ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
Job Duties
• Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to ensure cleanliness and safety in all areas of hotel operations
• Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed on time
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
• Schedule work shifts for the housekeeping staff
• Respond to guest complaints promptly and effectively
• Ensure all safety regulations are followed by staff
• Develop efficient systems to track used supplies and order new supplies as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in hotel management or related field preferred (but not required)
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality setting
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask effectively with excellent problem-solving skills
