Job Title: Housekeeping Manager

Salary: 1800 AED

We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be an immigrant, with minimal work experience.

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for leading the housekeeping team in ensuring that all public areas and guest rooms are kept clean and tidy. The position requires strong organizational skills, as well as excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure high levels of performance
• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department
• Ensure all standards of cleanliness and safety are met
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness
• Plan and coordinate special events, such as VIP arrivals or special occasions, to ensure a smooth running of the department
• Keep accurate records of inventory levels in order to ensure proper supplies are available at all times
• Monitor budget for supplies, equipment, and salaries to maximize efficiency within the department
• Handle customer complaints promptly and efficiently

Qualifications:
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
