Job Responsibilities:
-Planning the daily housekeeping operations according to hotel standards
-Supervising the housekeeping team to ensure high quality services are delivered to guests and all rooms are clean and tidy at all times.
-Developing SOPs for the housekeeping team such as cleaning protocols, linen usage, etc.
-Managing inventory of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen, etc.
-Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations at all times
-Carrying out regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, laundry rooms, etc. to ensure they are up to standards

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred but not essential
-5+ years of experience working in housekeeping management roles preferably in a 5* hotel or resort setting
-Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to lead a diverse team -Strong organizational skills with attention to detail -Ability to work independently and problem solve
