Office Clerk
We are looking for an Office Clerk to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office staff, with a focus on customer service. The Office Clerk will earn a salary of 1600 AED/month. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and provide them with information about our services
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Assist with filing, photocopying and other administrative tasks
• Compile data and prepare reports as requested
• Manage office supplies inventory
• Provide general support to visitors and customers
• Process mail and shipments
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; related degree preferred • No experience necessary; willing to train the right person • Excellent organization skills required • Exceptional customer service skills required • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
