Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team in a variety of tasks. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100 per month. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
β’ Maintain records, compile reports, and draft correspondence related to administrative activities.
β’ Provide general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, answering phone calls and arranging meetings.
β’ Monitor office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
β’ Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the team members.
β’ Arrange travel plans for team members as required.
β’ Assist with special projects or other duties as assigned by supervisor.
β’ Handle receptionist duties such as greeting visitors and answering questions.
Qualifications and Experience:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Administration or related field preferred but not necessary.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role preferred but not necessary.
β’ Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language.
β’ Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines on time.
