Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team in a variety of tasks. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100 per month. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain records, compile reports, and draft correspondence related to administrative activities.
• Provide general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, answering phone calls and arranging meetings.
• Monitor office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the team members.
• Arrange travel plans for team members as required.
• Assist with special projects or other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Handle receptionist duties such as greeting visitors and answering questions.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field preferred but not necessary.
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role preferred but not necessary.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language.
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines on time.
