Merchandiser in Sharjah
We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our dynamic team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and an eye for detail. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in merchandising
- Proven knowledge of merchandising policies and procedures
- Solid understanding of market research techniques
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyzing customer requirements and preferences to determine the right products to stock and display
- Developing effective merchandising plans that address customersā needs while also meeting store goals
- Monitoring competitorsā activities and pricing strategies to ensure company competitiveness in the market
- Negotiating with suppliers for best pricing on merchandise items
- Developing promotional strategies for specific merchandise lines while maintaining brand identity standards
