Office Assistant - Bani Yas City
We are looking for an organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Bani Yas City. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:
• Greeting visitors and providing general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
• Maintaining electronic and hard copy filing system
• Handle requests for information and data
• Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
• Coordinating with staff members regarding meetings, travel arrangements, conferences etc.
• Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence
• Monitor office supplies inventory
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Office assistant or relevant role
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook in particular)
