Secretary job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position will offer a salary of 1000 and we are open to considering foreign candidates with no experience. As a Secretary you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executive team as well as other members of staff.
The successful candidate must have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently manage their own workload. You should have excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) and other office software applications. The ideal candidate must also be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, while maintaining accuracy in their work.
In addition to the above duties, you will also be required to plan events or meetings, take minutes of meetings, prepare agendas for staff meetings, type confidential documents, generate reports and memos, manage incoming mail/emails/calls etc., maintain filing systems both digital and manual and undertake other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
