Demands for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent relevant work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Fluency in English

Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant is a key member of our team who will be responsible for providing support to our office operations by performing a wide range of administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments/meetings, organizing travel plans and managing expense reports
• Answering incoming calls & emails; responding promptly with accurate information
• Preparing correspondence, reports & presentations; editing documents as needed
• Providing administrative support to other departments as needed
