Administrative assistant job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for a talented and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented and have a good understanding of administrative processes.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision. This position requires the ability to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including:
• Supporting the management team with daily administrative tasks
• Handling incoming calls and emails
• Assisting in scheduling meetings/appointments
• Preparing documents and reports as needed
• Maintaining accurate records of company documents
• Handling travel arrangements, if needed
• General office management duties such as ordering supplies, filing etc.
The successful applicant should possess:
• A degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks assigned
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Salary: AED 1000 per month. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this position.
