Office Manager (Abu Dhabi)
We are looking for an experienced and professional Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and coordinating with vendors
• Manage office staff, including recruiting, training, and evaluating staff performance
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
• Liaise with external clients to coordinate deliveries and services
• Develop policies and procedures for maximizing efficiency within the office
• Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, invoices, contracts, etc.
• Monitor the budget and manage expenses to ensure efficient use of resources
• Manage IT systems to ensure smooth running of operations
• Act as a point of contact between management and staff members
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Previous experience in an office management role is preferred but not required
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel in a professional environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Proficient understanding of computers/IT systems; experience with MS Office Suite
Salary: AED 1300 per month. We are ready to consider an immigrant.
