Job Summary
We are seeking to hire an Office Manager for our office in Abu-Dhabi. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join our dynamic team, with a salary of 1000. We are open to applicants coming from abroad and with minimal work experience.
Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office. This includes but is not limited to; managing administrative staff, coordinating office operations, organizing meetings and events, assisting with HR related tasks, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and overseeing office finances. We also expect the Office Manager to help implement new processes and procedures that will help increase the efficiency of the office.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, as well as good organizational and problem-solving abilities. They must also be able to work independently with minimal supervision, have strong communication skills both verbal and written in English, as well as Arabic (preferred). A minimum of two years experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with MS Office Suite is needed for this position.
