Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for our organization. The main duties include sourcing and screening potential candidates, managing interviews, and making hiring decisions. We offer a competitive salary of 1400 AED per month, and we are willing to consider foreign applicants for the role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Source and screen potential candidates through various recruitment tools such as job boards, social media, and internal databases
- Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Collect feedback from hiring managers on interview results
- Facilitate onboarding processes including background checks and document collection
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Provide guidance and assistance to new hires on their first day of work
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the organization's database
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role in the UAE
- In depth knowledge of local labor laws and best practices
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
