Housekeeping Manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations and ensuring that guest satisfaction is met.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing housekeeping operations in the hospitality industry, as well as a proven track record in leading staff. We are ready to consider immigration candidates who possess the necessary qualifications and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and oversee cleaning processes according to established guidelines and safety procedures
• Monitor stock levels of all materials, such as detergents, polishes, etc., and order items when necessary
• Inspect premises regularly for cleanliness and orderliness
• Track room status, including maintenance requests, check-in/check-out status, etc.
• Develop training programs for new hires and existing staff members
• Establish schedules for cleaning staff members and assign duties accordingly
• Address customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Hotel Management or related field preferred
• Proven track record of managing housekeeping operations within the hospitality industry required
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Salary: 1600 AED per month
