We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Clerk to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be tasked with providing support to the administrative staff and helping with various duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and taking phone messages. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in a professional office setting.
The Office Clerk must be highly organized and able to multi-task efficiently. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential as the Office Clerk will be expected to interact with colleagues professionally.
The primary duties of the Office Clerk include filing documents, running errands, sorting mail, photocopying documents, scanning documents into the computer system, taking phone messages from customers/clients and responding to emails in a timely manner. The successful candidate must be prepared to work flexible hours when required.
