Job Description:
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for the day-to-day operations of our office. This includes managing incoming calls, updating databases, organizing documents, taking meeting minutes, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, maintaining office supplies inventory and other duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience:
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Good customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook etc.)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Salary & Conditions:
We are offering a salary of 1200 per month plus benefits including health insurance and vacation time. The position is full time working 40 hours per week Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
