We are looking for an experienced Office administrator to join our growing team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of office administration experience and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment. We are offering a competitive salary of 1600 to the right candidate. We are also open to considering immigrants with valid work documents.
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing support for the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring that it runs efficiently. Your duties include but are not limited to: greeting visitors, answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, managing filing systems, organizing travel arrangements and preparing correspondences. You will also act as a liaison between departments and coordinate events as needed.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently. You should also possess strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. It is important that you have good problem solving skills as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
