Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: AED 1,500 per month
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have excellent communication skills. This person should be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Answering incoming calls and handling customer inquiries
• Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
• Scheduling appointments and organizing meeting rooms
• Maintaining office supplies inventory
• Handling incoming mail and distributing it accordingly
• Preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
• Assisting in preparing presentations for meetings or special events
• Providing general administrative support as needed
• Assisting with other tasks as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is preferred
• Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task effectively while maintaining accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English language (Arabic language is a plus)
