Duties:
• Developing a good understanding of our products and services.
• Meeting sales targets set by management and contributing to team targets through effective sales techniques.
• Generating leads and building customer relationships by attending events, exhibitions, and conferences as necessary.
• Introducing new products and services, as well as promoting existing ones through presentations, brochures, emails, etc.
• Responding to customer inquiries promptly and accurately while also providing timely feedback on progress reports to the Sales Manager/Supervisor/Team Leader as required.
• Keeping up-to-date with market trends in order to suggest changes in approaches or strategies when needed.
