Office assistant job vacancy in Ras-al-Khaimah UAE for foreigners


We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Ras-Al-Khaimah. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization. You will be expected to handle a wide variety of tasks including managing incoming and outgoing mail, answering phones, filing documents, and distributing materials. You will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies and ordering new items when needed. You should possess excellent organizational skills, as well as superior interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not necessary.
