We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and growing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the smooth running of everyday operations.
The key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to, overseeing general office operations; booking travel arrangements; scheduling meetings; organizing office supplies and equipment; managing databases; providing general customer service support; dealing with incoming mail and emails; preparing reports and correspondence; performing general bookkeeping activities; handling confidential information with discretion; and maintaining calendar/schedules.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively. They should have excellent communication skills and be proficient in MS Office applications. Previous experience in an administrative role would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be provided. We are also willing to consider foreign applicants for this role.
