Housekeeping Manager – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all staff are trained and supervised in accordance with company standards.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field
• Previous experience in a managerial position
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Bilingual (English/Arabic) preferred

Job Description:
The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of housekeeping operations within the hotel. You will ensure that all public areas, guest rooms, and other areas are clean and maintained according to hotel standards and regulations. You will develop staff schedules, monitor performance, train new employees, coordinate daily activities with other departments, and ensure that all safety protocols are followed at all times. Additionally, you will be responsible for budgeting and maintaining accurate records for the housekeeping department.
