Job Duties:
β’ Provide administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, scheduling meetings and responding to emails
β’ Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients or other departments
β’ Maintain office equipment such as printers, computers or phones
β’ Create reports using Microsoft Excel or other software programs as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
β’ Proven experience as an Office Clerk or similar role
β’ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
β’ Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
β’ Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
