Job Duties:
• Provide administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, scheduling meetings and responding to emails
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients or other departments
• Maintain office equipment such as printers, computers or phones
• Create reports using Microsoft Excel or other software programs as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Office Clerk or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
