Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least two years of experience working in an office setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and stay organized under pressure
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Description:
The Office Administrator will provide administrative support to the office staff. Responsibilities include filing documents, processing invoices, answering phone calls, performing data entry tasks, managing office supplies inventory, scheduling meetings/appointments, preparing reports/presentations for management, and general clerical duties. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism when interacting with clients.
