Office administrator vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of our office operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day administrative work.
The Office Administrator should have excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail and be a team player. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is a must.
Responsibilities:
•Manage all office functions, including reception, filing systems, mail distribution and other clerical duties as required
•Ensure the office is well stocked with necessary supplies and equipment
•Organize meetings, conferences and other events as needed
•Handle travel arrangements for staff members
•Maintain records of employee attendance and other related activities
•Ensure all documents are accurately filled out and filed properly
•Provide administrative support to managers and staff members as needed
•Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
•Excellent organizational skills
•Strong multitasking abilities
•Attention to detail
•Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
•At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
