Job Description:
The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office in Abu-Dhabi. This includes managing office accounts, filing paperwork, ordering supplies, organizing events, arranging travel and accommodation, providing customer service support, helping out with administrative tasks, etc. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills as well as an ability to multitask and stay organized.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field of study.
• At least two years of experience working as an office administrator or a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to multitask and focus on details
