Office Administrator – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a professional and experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate must be able to manage the day-to-day operations of our office, including administrative tasks, scheduling, financial record keeping, and other duties as necessary.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage office supplies
• Ensure office is clean and organized
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Handle incoming mail/correspondence
• Manage filing systems (electronic & paper)
• Create reports and presentations as needed
• Handle financial record keeping processes such as invoicing, payments, etc.
• Manage office equipment maintenance
• Maintain contact lists
• Answer phone calls/emails/enquiries from clients/visitors in a professional manner
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as an Office Administrator in a corporate environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to multitask efficiently and work under pressure. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Flexible with working hours when needed. • Salary: AED 1500/- per month plus benefits We are open to considering foreign applicants for this position.
