Office Administrator – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a professional and experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate must be able to manage the day-to-day operations of our office, including administrative tasks, scheduling, financial record keeping, and other duties as necessary.

Responsibilities:
β€’ Monitor and manage office supplies
β€’ Ensure office is clean and organized
β€’ Schedule meetings and appointments
β€’ Handle incoming mail/correspondence
β€’ Manage filing systems (electronic & paper)
β€’ Create reports and presentations as needed
β€’ Handle financial record keeping processes such as invoicing, payments, etc.
β€’ Manage office equipment maintenance
β€’ Maintain contact lists
β€’ Answer phone calls/emails/enquiries from clients/visitors in a professional manner

Requirements:
β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
β€’ Minimum 2 years of experience working as an Office Administrator in a corporate environment.
β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β€’ Ability to multitask efficiently and work under pressure. β€’ Strong organizational and time management skills. β€’ Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). β€’ Flexible with working hours when needed. β€’ Salary: AED 1500/- per month plus benefits We are open to considering foreign applicants for this position.
