We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position involves managing administrative tasks, such as handling incoming calls and emails, maintaining records, preparing reports, managing office supplies and equipment, organizing events and meetings, and performing other administrative duties.
The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a similar role and be comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they must have excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are also essential for this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the office. They will serve as the central point of contact between staff members and external customers or vendors. They must also possess strong problem solving skills to troubleshoot any issues that arise.
