Office Assistant Vacancy – Sharjah
We are looking for an organized and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the organization of office operations and procedures
• Maintain filing systems for documents, records, correspondence, invoices, etc.
• Provide general administrative assistance as required
• Manage incoming calls and emails
• Assist with data entry tasks when necessary
• Prepare reports, letters, presentations, etc. as requested
• Keep track of office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Manage calendar scheduling for staff members
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related fields (preferred)
• Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar position (preferred)
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Salary: 1600 AED/Month (foreigners considered).
