Position Title: Merchandiser - Sharjah, UAE

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 1700/month

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the stock levels of all our products in the store, ensuring that the shelves are well stocked and that all products are attractively presented.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Manage inventory levels to ensure that shelves are adequately stocked with products at all times
• Monitor customer preferences and respond accordingly by suggesting, selecting, ordering or removing items from the shelves
• Develop planograms and promotional displays for stores
• Communicate with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing and delivery timelines
• Monitor sales performance of products and adjust stock levels accordingly
• Ensure all merchandise displays comply with branding guidelines and company standards.
• Provide daily reports on sales figures and stock management activities to management team.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required • At least 2 years of retail experience in merchandising is required. • Familiarity with retail software systems (e.g., point-of-sale systems) is desirable. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, highly motivated with good communication skills. • Ability to lift up to 25 kgs is necessary.
