Secretary vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are seeking an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the team and should have excellent organizational and communication skills.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, as well as a strong background in customer service. Additionally, candidates should possess strong computer skills and be proficient with MS Office applications.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the team including filing, data entry, scheduling meetings and appointments, managing emails, etc.
• Handle incoming calls, take messages, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate members of the team.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Prepare reports and presentations as requested by management.
• Manage calendars and travel arrangements.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as a Secretary or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
Salary: 1000 AED/month
