The Secretary role will involve providing administrative support to the Director, Management Team and other colleagues. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling phone calls, emails, filing, scheduling appointments and meetings, managing travel arrangements and other duties as required.

You must be highly organized and have excellent communication skills. You should also be comfortable with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
