Office assistant job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE for unskilled workers
We are looking for a talented Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, and have a good eye for detail.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our office staff and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and on time. The Office Assistant's duties include but are not limited to:
• Answering phones, taking messages and redirecting calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Managing calendars, travel arrangements, meetings and events
• Organizing office documents
• Providing customer service support
• Assisting with administrative tasks (e.g. data entry)
• Maintaining filing systems
• Processing invoices, orders and payments
• Updating office supplies inventory
• Providing general office support (e.g. photocopying)
The successful applicant should have excellent problem solving skills, a great telephone manner and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. A valid driver’s licence is also desirable but not required. We are happy to consider immigrants for this position with the appropriate visa/work permit requirements met.
