We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our office, from handling administrative tasks to managing staff and ensuring efficient operations. You will ensure the efficient use of resources and manage all administrative support services.
The successful candidate needs to be organized and have excellent multitasking skills. You should also have great communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the office.
• Supervise staff, assign tasks and ensure they are completed on time.
• Manage budgets, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain files, records, and other documents related to office operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to other departments, as needed.

Required Qualifications:
