We are an established business in Abu-Dhabi looking for a capable and experienced Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily oversight of office operations, from administrative tasks to office maintenance. We offer a generous salary of 1700 per month plus additional benefits such as medical insurance, paid vacation days, and relocation expenses.
The successful candidate will also be expected to perform the following duties: manage office administration tasks such as filing, answering phones, data entry; manage office inventory; oversee payroll processing; coordinate with other departments as needed; and ensure that all offices maintain a clean and professional atmosphere. Additionally, candidates should have strong organizational skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks at once and prioritize them appropriately.
Qualified applicants should possess a minimum of two years of experience in an office management or administrative role; be able to work independently with minimal supervision; have strong problem solving skills; have excellent communication skills both verbally and written; be computer literate and comfortable with word processing software programs; and must be able to speak English fluently. Any experience working within the UAE is considered an advantage but not essential.
