Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Bank Teller in Abu-Dhabi to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while processing retail banking transactions. You will be expected to maintain a professional demeanor while interpreting customer needs and responding quickly with accurate solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Manage all financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, etc.
• Ensure accuracy of all financial transactions by following company policies and procedures
• Balance daily cash drawer to ensure accuracy of all transactions
• Promote bank products/services to customers by providing information about features and benefits
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts including deposits, withdrawals, interest payments and other banking activities
• Assist customers with account opening/closing processes

Salary: 1600 AED per month

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience working as a bank teller preferred but not required
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers
• Ability to handle cash accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) preferred but not required • Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
